Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains your rights and how to return an item.

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. How to return

To start a return, contact us at info@fieldwell.shop with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. This includes standard delivery costs, but not the cost of any premium delivery option you chose.

4. Return costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

5. Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we will put things right at no cost to you.
